Taylor Swift celebrates Anita Baker after taking control of her own teachers: "What a beautiful moment"

Taylor Swift is just around the corner from Anita Baker.

Baker, 63, revealed Friday that he has finally taken control of his main recordings after a period in which he did not own them.

“All my kids are coming home,” Baker wrote alongside a photograph of some of her various albums released over the years. “Impossible things happen… Every day. Fortunately".

The next day, Swift, 31, quoted the "Sweet Love" singer's post on Twitter: writing, "What a nice moment, CONGRATULATIONS ANITA !!"

In response, Baker has responded to Swift: "Thank you for your *fire and your support!! You inspire us all to move mountains."

Earlier this year, Baker documented how he was trying to regain control over his music, as he asked fans not to stream or buy his songs until he could.

Swift has already tried to take control of her own masters in the years since. Scooter Braun bought out the artist's former label, Big Machine – a move that saw him take control of the masters of his first six albums (he later sold the masters for $300 million to Shamrock Holdings).

After Swift failed to redeem the Masters, she decided to re-record her first six LPs. She has since released an updated version of 2008's Dauntless – titled Dauntless (Taylor version) – and intends to give up Red (Taylor version) later this year in November.
